Current Developments

Currently, five homes are under renovation in Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Novato, and San Rafael as part of Habitat's foreclosure recovery initiative -- the Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP).

In addition, Habitat has begun construction on its largest and most ambitious development to date: a three-story, $15 million affordable housing condo development built over a podium parking garage that will enable 36 hardworking families in Daly City to realize their dream of homeownership. When construction is completed in 2012, Habitat Greater San Francisco will have more than 50 homes in Daly City.
