Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco currently has one home under renovation in Novato as part of the Neighborhood Revitalization Program, a new initiative to help stabilize communities that have been hard-hit by the housing crisis. The home, which was in foreclosure when Habitat Greater San Francisco purchased it earlier this year, is expected to be completed in November 2010 - providing a new homeownership opportunity for a local working family.
