Habitat's Office Moves to San Francisco

As a valued partner of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, we want to make you aware of our recent office move. Habitat's office in Redwood City was closed on November 6, 2009 and is now located at 645 Harrison Street in San Francisco. Although our office has changed, we look forward to providing local communities with the same level of service and collaboration, while continuing to expand our work throughout Marin, San Francisco and the Peninsula.

Habitat will continue to work on pre-development for future construction opportunities in Redwood City, Menlo Park, Brisbane, Daly City, Novato and beyond. The Neighborhood Revitalization Program in Menlo Park (hopefully East Palo Alto soon) and Marin continues to be a top organizational priority. Additionally, construction staff will be looking for warehouse space for the organization in San Mateo County-a location that can service our larger footprint.

Many of our Habitat homeowners and supporters live on the Peninsula while our work on the ground is just beginning to flourish in Marin. Habitat staff will continue to make certain that meetings are convenient for all organizational partners by meeting in partners' offices, arranging for Peninsula and Marin-based conference rooms, rotating board meetings geographically, and providing conference call capabilities.

We value your continued partnership in our mission to provide affordable ownership housing in Marin, San Francisco and the Peninsula.
