Habitat Greater San Francisco is planning to construct 20 condominium homes at 612 Jefferson Avenue in downtown Redwood City. The building will include one, two, and three bedroom Redwood City  condos for families earning up to 80% of the area median income. 612 Jefferson Avenue will be Habitat Greater San Francisco’s tallest building constructed to date, with five residential stories built atop a parking structure. The vacant lot - acquired by Habitat Greater San Francisco in 2015 - is located in a highly transit- and amenity-rich town center that is experiencing rapid job and housing growth.

These homes will be situated within walking distance to local businesses, restaurants, open areas, employment centers, Caltrain and SamTrans connections, cultural centers, and Redwood City's Courthouse Square. This Redwood City affordable housing development offers solutions to the immense need for affordable housing in the Bay Area peninsula by creating transit-oriented living opportunities in a county where a majority of employees commute from neighboring counties for work.
